I would definetly have to agree with stephen. In our society USA if someone substitutes without asking we assume they are trying to rip us off. This is usually not the case with different cultures as trying to do what they feel is right seems to come first. When I was in the Balkans I asked one of the locals to pick an item up for me. He was unable to get exactly what I wanted so brought me 3 substitutions. when asked what he was going to do with the other 2 he was just going to keep them as he could not find what I really wanted. After some argument I took alll 3 from him. This may be an exception but I believe that with honorable people they will try and do the best they can and look out for your interest. Mike
