I know this is a little old...but thought I would post anyway. There are several things about HR606 that I strongly agree with. I've had several dealings with the Capital Area Humane society about a puppymill/backyard breeder/con-artist, to no avail. There are 3 or 4 complaints with the Ohio Attorney Generals office, BBB, and a file thick of complaints on this person.... wanna know what I was told...."She pays her kennel fees"!!!!
