I think it's fair game to name trouble-buyers. Buyers seem to have no issues taking their issues with sellers to the forum, should be ok the other way around. Noticed a large amount of the posters in this forum are breeders, so they'll probably benefit from hearing about others bad experiences.

i agree rik, i should have ststed what i said more clearly. jenn, youare right but my trusting nature always seems to come back and haunt me.
i am honest with people and i just want people to treat me the same and i think i am asking to much.
enough said, i have exposed this person for what he is and i hope this will make people more aware of people like this.

Wade, if you're not going to change your nature, then you have to change how you look at things. You can't let what you can't control bother you. I have lots of people who pick my brain and are very time-consuming and I take it as a compliment and then I don't have any expectations and am not disappointed if I don't "gain" anything from it. I figure, if I helped them out, the ultimately, I helped a dog...and let's face it....I'm much more motivated by helping dogs than people.

jenn,my trusting nature is me. if i change my heart and my way of believing i would not be wade now would i?
i was raised that way and i guess i will die that way.
that don.t mean that i trust everone. sometimes i get suckered in and i am very verbal about it if i do.
i have been in several industries and have been dealing with the public all my life and i still have a trust of people and believe and hope that there is good out there that will prevail.

LOL. I didn't mean you SHOULD change your nature. I only meant that since you weren't going to change that, then a change of perspective would help you not waste energy on being angry at people who are just less courteous and considerate.

jenn, you hit the nail on the head again. i just have a hard time with dishonest people or users.
i am somewhat glad about the sale because she is too good a bitch for a smuck to have anyway.
i do get angry but i get over it in a month or so. i do not hold grudges as it will eat you alive. i try and get even!!

This approach to name tire kickers is bad for business. Sellers should take a deposit before taking the buyer seriously. No different from buying a house. You are a serious buyer after you pay the deposit. If otoh you discuss with client without a deposit, then you should not complain. Buyers many times go to a shop, talk to the sales rep, and then come out with out a sale....cost of doing business. The reality is that the customer is always right....a pissed off customer can cause serious damage to a breeders name.... ...
