Thanks to everyone!
I got the answer i wanted. I meant registering my dog to this website, (the dam is not yet registered but she will be in a couple of days so its ok), since in the FAQs
says:

''Those are valid registrations. Go ahead and register the dog without parental information.
But please do update the parent information as soon as you can. I do regularly clean dogs out of the system that have no value in a pedigree sense (no parents and no progeny)
To maintain some level of integrity the database needs to be as interlinked as possible. A pedigree that only has 1 or 2 generations and then nothing more, is not very constructive in a Pedigree Database.''
