The people who post without a name or email address are the ones to avoid. I don't have a problem with people posting with their name and email address. Because they can be held responsible for their comments if found inaccurate. It seems the same ones stirring up trouble are the ones who post without a name or email. Lame people hiding behind a keyboard. Marlene has nothing to hide. She post here with her Kennel name and email. She has invited people to visit her in Sawyerville to see for themselves. I have defended Marlene on here because I know her. Look at the complaints against her on here and ripoff report. Late paperwork from an imported bitch she whelped. Who did she buy the dog from Rinus. It took several months to get the paperwork in order. She didn't return every email. Marlene, had a guy put a deposit down. The Litter didn't take she offered refund or to apply to next available pup. He chooses to wait for pup. 8 months later when pups are available. The guy didn't pay the full purchase price plus shipping. He demands a free pup or he'll sue. Sent certified letters that were a phony lawsuit seeking 0NE MILLION DOLLARS for the "SHEPHARD" (his lawyers spelling not mine) pup he didn't pay for. He put up a website alabamak9sucks posted on here bad mouthing her. He told her on the phone if she sent him a free pup the website would come down. She sent him his deposit back and he still complains. GSDONLINE, Are you the same GSDONLINE? Gunbil Shepherds and World Class Shepherds and www.gsdonline.com that threaten to sue Ed Frawley and Yvonne Hecht. Threaten to sue Frawley because of a post on Leerburg about World Class Shepherds or it's many alias on the web. Threaten to sue Yvonne because she asked on here about how to get in contact with the owners of the website. She read where the site was going to charge a fee to use the database derived from her software. If, you are then that's the kettle calling the pot black. If, not I apologize.

I also have done business with Rinus and had nothing but good things to say about it. He was always helpful, dog arrived exactly what I expected, paperwork was in order and he followed up on the transaction. So even if we have first hand knowledge of what is going on between them two, it's their business. They need to work it out among themselves.

Being that the actual event is the "reality", the parties involved are actually the only "sides" - the event is in the "middle";-) lol

I agree with Trace here. Marlene has nothing to hide and has been very open about the whole thing. Don't accuse someone without knowing the whole facts, what if it was your name out there being dragged through mud? Everyone always thinks that they know everyone and everything.... Not everyone is as they appear to be.

She contacted Rinus yesterday, so this is now all irrelevant, being settled between them as it should be. I've never met either of them in person, but both have some very nice dogs (on their websites) and I hope they work things out. Diane

Mike, I have contacted Rinus, sorry you guys have been subject to this. I will still not stoop to lower my standards here on public forum even tho the proof is in my favor. I have records vet statements but to make a public display of this is not professional. To GSD online you sent me a email questioning the above dog that I did have a problem getting papers from it was a combination of problems. Firsdt I did not get a pedigree of the male Zender sent, and Rinus did send it but months later, then I applied for the litter and it was misplaced by AKC on someones desk, after months they found it when it was re submitted they needed another picture which I sent it, after that delay they said Oh we forgot we need DNA now so I did have a problem with that litter. Everyone has their papers and the one cusomter still is unhappy and some pople do matter what will be. Quite frankly when another kennel such as yourself is quick to get on the bandwagon of another kennel it usually is to drum up business for yourself. I have heard stories about all kennels here and in Europe and never felt the need to call that breeder/kennel in someones elses defense. I do not expect everyone to be a fan of mine or my dogs but I have done the right thing by all of my customers, even if it meant out of my pocket to refund them. I do not make excuses when dogs are sold from this kennel like I was just the broker, not my breeding. I believe that when you purchase a dog from AlabamaK9 it is my responsibility to guarantee that dog/puppy. I only sell from my breeding now and will continue to do the best I can for my clients. I have slandered no one that these dogs come from and if negative attention has been brought to them that would be there own doing. I have got some good dogs from Europe, it is not all bad for sure but did expect when something did go wrong to have some backing. Marlene, honestly, I don't care what's going on between you two. It's not my business. I merely made it known that he was and has been trying to contact you as he was having no luck and asked for help in getting in touch. Glad you got in touch with him. As for everything else that you feel that you need to explain, didn't read it as it doesn't matter to me...no horse in the race. ;o)
