One of mine is eating Taste of the Wild, I mix it though with another Taste of the Wild.  She does half of the one with Lamb (sweet potatoes come next in the ingredients) and then half Bison.   She is nursing what will be her final litter, she looks great, her coat looks great, and when her puppies start eating solids (they're only four days today) they'll be eating Taste of the Wild as well.  I'm not sure which formula yet though.

Anything made by Champion pet foods.  i.e ORIJEN and ACANA

http://www.championpetfoods.com/

I have two dogs on it and every dog in our club is currently eating Orijen or Acana and it is awesome.

I have tried them all and have been feeding Earthborn Holistic Primitive for about a year now and I am SOLD! Shiney beautiful coats, excellent stool, even the picky earter like it. Puppies and young dogs have had not problems with pano at all!! Several of the other grain free including TOTW I had trouble with pano on young dogs. http://www.earthbornholisticpetfood.com/us/dog_formulas/primitive_natural/

I have spoken with the regional director of the company and he agrees it's an excellent food for puppies as well as adults. Also for those that buy in bulk, the reps as well as some stores will give you a substantial discount if you buy so much, so often.
I also feed raw, but they have done better on this kibble than any other kibble out there.

I think we are going to go with the Taste of the Wild brand.  A couple stroes carry it in our area.  I like the high fat content in the formula we are going with, hope it will help put some weight on our boy!  We will also feed turkey necks in the am as they really enjoy these and I feel they are good for them.  The butcher on my way home has promised to keep them in stock for me.  This way I dont need a lot of freezer space.  My dogs will be happy to get them again.
Thanks for all the advice!

Good luck. TOTW is a great food. Your dog should do very well on it.

I get my TOTW at Ace in Woodruff....best price I've found for it.  Don't know if you get up that way, or if you find a comparable price in Rhinelander.

Anyone know what the difference in "regular" TOTW and the puppy formula TOTW (besides the size). It is more expensive so I don't want to but it if there isn't a good reason to.

I'm sure they explain it on the bag or website, but my guess would be the addition of DHA, and maybe some other subtle differences.
