Had I been in your postion and pay $2000 for a breeding dog (I would've required a well written contract) to end up getting a dog with HD I would be taking this man to court to force him to refund all of my money back including court/attorney cost. If I become overly stressed then I would be asking for additional compensation for Pain and suffering from emotional distress.

I'm sorry that you were ripped off. I would not only write to ripoffreports.com but also to file up a report to the state attorney's office including the better business bureau in this guys area.

vom marischal..... ??? What's that statement mean? I bought a female puppy with intentions on breeding her before I ever got her. Lots of people do don't they? That's usually why someone buys a female isn't it?.

Jackie, he already is a breeder. He was interested in Anza (the one I bought back and then couldn't keep).

What I mean is, hopefully a person gets a dog and then, after a ton of work and a clear analysis, decides on if THAT dog should be bred...rather than going into the whole proposition looking for a dog to breed. A dog should be bred because it contributes something to the breed, not because its owner is looking for a way to make some money or get some new lives into the world. THAT is what I mean. And YES lots of people do it. I just think it's darned UNFORTUNATE.

ADDED: No, that is NOT why most people buy females. Most people buy females to have a dog to work or for a pet. THEN, if by some miracle she has something to contribute to the breed, they breed her.

I think a lot of people are doing this bassackwards.

Exactly.... so what your say ing is he had no intentions of putting in the hard work and and getting her titled and koered? Do you know this man? For all you or I know this guy has taken 3 8week old puppies to a schh 3. Are you seeing my point? I bought a female and had her bred to a male of my choice before she ever arrived at the airport. One of the pups is 15plus x schh3 ipo3 fh and 2x universal sieger at usca and made the cover of usca magazine. I bet his owner is glad I didn't take your advice.... just saying. Kurt

I have an 18 week old puppy whom I knew at 9 weeks old mature into a "VERY BREED WORTHY BITCH" providing her "HIPS PASS". If the pups yor dealing with take a "MIRACLE" to be a breed worthy bitch.... I would start looking at other breeders. I lust think you were thinking out loud when you psted is all. It happens on here... lol. I think you know what I mean :) take care vom marischal. Kurt

No name or pedigree given at this time. Maybe this female will be bred any way so this person gets his money back. I was thinking why give the sellers website and not the name of the dog????

Kurt, I'm just very very fussy.

EDIT TO ADD
........and very very sick of trying to find rehomes for the rescued purebred dogs.
