For my dogs I have always used the fur saver, with the line under the leg.

Well we learn something new every day, Sue is correct according to what she has put here you can use a Harness for Competition Tracking but i have never seen it over here. All use a Chain collar on the dead Ring.
Twice only i have seen tracking without any leash etc, Julien Clements was one.
So i stand to be corrected.

Guys I posted it because when I found it on the FCI site it totally confused me. I don't have my rulebook up here with me, but I could have sworn it said only a fursaver or a boetcher harness was acceptable for trialing.

Hey Steve this is Wallace Payne and Pedro at the 2007 North American FH Championship. They won with 99 points and did it off lead!
