I use diatomaceous earth as a wormer, which is all natural. My mentor has also used this with her females prior to and during pregnancy, and also used to worm the puppies with no ill effects as it is all natural and not a pesticide. It will not take care of heartworm or tapeworm.

But if it says so on the container, and your vet tells you so, it must be safe!
People, this is really scary that dogs are relying on you for every decision regarding their health and you really think feeding them poison while they are pregnant is just a peachy idea.
