A while ago I posed my new male I got from a very good breeder in Czech. he was 8 months old and biting the sleeve, doing long bites , hold and bark etc.. I actually posted this video here. After I had him for about a month I started working him............ on a puppy pillow ....why? because even though the dog is excellent I want to have the foundation work done better, then go on. Remember there is no rush. Keep up the good work!

Your dog looks great!  It is hard to have patience.  I am going thru that now with my female that turned jus turned 1.  Still working on the pillow.   Trying to really commit to doing the best foundation work possible.

Looking forward to seeing more pictures in the future.  Good luck with him.

RLHAR and Renofan,
There is no reason to not be patient.
My guess is both of you are planning on having your dogs for their lifetime. What's the rush?
I know a lot of good trainers that have no problem going back to a bite pillow with a multiple Sch3 dog if they think they need to. There really isn't anything that you can do with these dogs right now anyway, so, enjoy watching their brains develop and pay attention every training session to what is going on regardless of how repetitive it is. You will become a much better trainer going through the process.
FYI, most dogs aren't at their best until 4 or 5 years old anyway.

Renofan, I still owe you some pics in an email. I haven't forgotten.
