$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ yes all the coached comments were used I,m sure every ambulance chaser in a 100 square mile has visited her. BUT the dog had no business loose and even if it were an accidental get loose situation they still bare the brunt of responsibility as they should.

How stupid could she have been to go ahead to kick and hit this dog while he is full of adrenalin busy with an attack. She got bitten because she kicked and hit the dog. Her little welshie might have started this fight but the shepherd should not have been loose. I would have been alot more concerned that my kid is safe and thank the lord i am still alive and not seriously injured.
People need to learn to not break up dog fights, that fight would probable have been over quickly. Seeing the shepherd was friendly in the approach he mostlikely would have let the dog go but she aggitated the fight by kicking and hitting this dog.
I hope this woman heels quickly and the owners of the shepherd gets dealt with. Now this shepherd is probable gonna get put down... stupid owners.

I saw an interview with this woman this morning. She was doing a full -blown Sarah Bernhardt ,nearly "swooning, " while already lying down. It was so phoney that I'd be surprised if she didn't have a hard time finding any lawyer to represent her.

The woman has every right to sue, and I hope she does.
Couldn't some at least "surprised me just a little bit"? When I opened the Thread, I just knew the woman and her dog -- "a little rug pisser" -- as described by a Poster) would get the blame. The woman is incapacitated, and her life has changed because of a dog -- er, German Shepherd -- attack. Do you have no compassion for another just because the dog that did the attack is a German Shepherd ???? Geez..........please get your priorities straight. I would guess if it happened to you THEN you may think differently................

I am the one that called it a rug-pisser. I also said that this shouldn't have happened. On top of that, I don't have a GSD, so I am not trying to take the blame off the breed. If I run a red light and am at fault, does that give the other person the right to milk the situation?

by MaggieMae on 16 December 2010 - 21:12
If you run a Red Light and it results in harm to another -- you should -- and WILL -- pay the price for your negligence.
Don, I typically like reading your Posts, as they are humorous and make me laugh. However, you weren't funny in your posts on this Thread. Think of yourself in that situation -- all the "ifs" "ands" and "buts."

Well I've been bitten by a few dogs and have never sued. Not saying she shouldn't, but she seems to be milking it a bit.

Mystere and Don Corleone are correct.
Of course the dog shouldn't have been loose. But Sarah Bernhardt here is definitely seeing dollar signs and milking the incident for all it's worth. Good one, Mystere, that's exactly what she's doing.
And yes, Maggie, I've had problems with loose dogs. And no, I never, ever sued. I can understand saying "pay my medical bills," the "shepard" owners should certainly be liable for those, but I agree this woman is out for a retirement fund.

I didn't KNOW that you guys were "actual sitting Judges." You don't even have all the facts, yet you assume that she is after a "retirement fund." Un-freakin'-believable !!
by TessJ10 on 16 December 2010 - 22:12
Read her comments, find video of her interview. You're assuming, too, that she's not after big bucks. Time will tell which of us is correct.
