Well, LF takes care of her dogs like family, so it is like someone just offered to buy one of her kids. And that is what is unfathomable for a pet owner. We don't sell family members for any price.

Just throwing it out there.... I do the same thing in my head all the time. When you look at someone else's dog and really admire it, it's because you want a dog like that. If I see a nice dog in my area I always swap contact info because that person may have a litter, or I may want to use the male. It would take more investigation than just the chance meeting, but its worth more to me to see a nice dog in perosn than a nice pedigree online. JMO
