CHEERS!!!!!!!!
Very glad you found the help that you needed, and that Prince is becoming the well balanced German Shepherd we all wanted him to be.
Be proud of yourself for sticking through it and being dedicated when many would have simply given up or not cared.
Heres to hoping that the individuals mentioned stick around for a very long time despite some of the current nonsense. People like myself still have much to learn.

Congratulations Deanna!!! I know you must be so thrilled. Kudos to you for hanging in there and doing everything possible to solve the problems you were having with Prince. Many people would've given up. What a blessing that have someone like Kelly to work with your dog and help you! I love a happy ending :)

Yay!! KCzaja (Kelly) has always been a wealth of knowledge, generous with same, and a straight shooter. Ruger you were smart to contact her and kind to acknowledge her. You both rock!

Well done Ruger 1, congratulations, your dog should thank you for the decision and choices you made.

Thanks so much, Deanna. Dog trainers do a lot of work and sometimes get very little appreciation for it, so this post made my whole day!
Prince is a very cool dog. He has good drive, is sound of mind and quite strong mentally for his age. My kind of dog, absolutely. He was certainly shocked to have someone at the end of his leash he could not bully or control. Once he learned to trust me he was very, very easy to teach.
This is an owner who loves her dog dearly, and wants it to work. She did not want to simply cast this dog away or abandon him to life in the backyard, and she did not deserve the bashing she received at times. Someone, please, raise your hand if you never made a mistake on your dog and were born a perfect handler. Making snap judgements about a dog you've never seen will only contribute to a more nervous, paranoid, frightened owner- and I would hope everyone thinking they can give dog training advice would know what a bad thing that is!
And raymond, whats this whip talk? What I do in the privacy of my own home is not PDB business.
