I guess I didn't post it right or something.

Vickie aka PowerHaus would like to know how long she is banned for.  I asked on her behalf on another thread and did not receive an answer.

I really need to learn how to use this site as I thought I posted 2 times and both posts are gone now.  I will ask my questions again.

Who is the site owner?  Does the site owner know that people are being banned at such a high rate for unclear reasons that the site will soon be banned out of existance?

Cindy Thorne

Moderator comment: I checked her name and she is not banned. I think her original name is still banned but Power Haus her 2nd name is not banned.

gucci----I like you, but there is no way this is working.  Even the most fairminded person imaginable will be biased at some time or another.  It's inevitable. These moderators have run amuck with bias. Perhaps if they weren't anonymous......if we knew there screen names......they wouldn't be so blatantly trigger happy..... I don't know....I can stand up and fight just about any fight.  I can't fight deletions and my words thrown away.

Ditto what LMH said.  Mods should not be anonymous.

Mod, Thank you for answering.  Can you "un-ban" her original name then.  She has been a member here for a long time and would like to use her original name.  If the original name is re-instated I bet she wouldn't mind you deleting the others.

Thank You for checking.  Her original name is PowerHaus with NO space between.  And I can stop posting on her behalf and get back to painting my ceiling.

Cindy Thorne

Moderator comment: Now I see the other moderator has removed the ban on her original name.

Agreed. They should not be anonymous. At the very least they should know who each other are and have their own set of rules to follow along with the TOS like everyone else. Mods should not offer a personal opinion at all on any thread. Not if they're posting as a moderator. Bias is a very correct word. When even the mods aren't following the posted TOS no way this can be working.

Moderator comment: I have been telling Oli all this since day one.

Preston was banned?! Are you serious?

How silly can you get...I mean no rules other then don't piss off the moderators...That's like the parent saying to the child..."Do as I say...Not as I do"....or else...The only difference is that you at least with the parent you know who you're dealing with...
You know it's getting so silly that it's not even worth getting on here anymore...It's basically a waste of time to even post on here...looking over your shoulder to see if your post is going to be deleted or maybe you being banned...
I think Oli has made a step in the right direction by having someone that will watch and see that things don't get out of hand...But I think the population should know who we're dealing with so if there's a question we can direct it to someone...

Moderator, Thank you!  I will let Vickie aka PowerHaus know!  She will be very happy and so will I.  I have tile to lay after the ceiling is painted, ha ha!

Moderator, thanks again for the comment.
IMO, most people here agree that a little moderation is needed and welcomed. But, sadly, this is not moderation. NOT blaming you personally, just commenting and trying to learn something about the new order here.

Your comments are welcomed and appreciated.

Moderator comment:  I can use a user name if you guys want.

YES, please do! It would solve at least some problems.

Moderator comment: Well you do realize I would be going against Oli's wishes.

I was told to hush but I can't...I did always have detention in school ;-)

moderator comment: And you wonder why people get deleted and blocked. I have asked nicely to stop. Now please quit posting on this thread.

Please just explain to me in a PM or something. Why do you get to decide that the topic is done. If it's an off-topic post, fine, delete it. If it's trash talking, lies, dangerous personal info, delete it. What is the point in continuously monitoring this thread where no one is causing problems. This actually infuriates people. You are basically telling well-behaving adults to shut up.

How rude.
