A lot of flew and too much dulap. But those eyes; well they tell the story. I bet this boy is sweet as they come.

Very good shoulder construction, long bones. Nice long withers and high point. Evidenced by length of neck. Shoulder is not "up" in the neck.
Very good back, very long and correctly placed croup. Rear not over done.
Very strong and correctly angled pasterns. Feet also look good as far as can be determined by a single pic.
Very correct "ears" in both size and set on the head. Very good width to the thighs to match the croup.
Good eye color, pigment and rich color.
The head, from the front, does not appear coarse at all. But very good.

All I have to say is...bees don't bite, not Honey Bees anyway! I thought this was a serious thread, looks like more smut. I will avoid this place once again.

I think he is a beautiful dog. I also like the large head and the boxy-type face (but not to the extreme). I equate this look with the German Lines. From my observations, the more refined head and narrow muzzle are usually seen in the American Lines - which I think oftentimes gives an unbalanced look of the head being too small for the body. JMO

Here's the standard, as translated from German by Fred Lanting...I think these two dogs fall down in quite a few areas. I"ve higlighted the areas where these two don't seem to meet the standard.
The head is to be wedge-shaped, large but in proportion to the body, with length about 40% of the dog’s height at the withers, without being clumsy or overly long. It is dry in its general appearance, and moderately broad between the ears. The forehead is seen from in front and from the side to be only little arched, and without central furrow or with only a slightly implied one.
The proportion of backskull to foreface is 50:50. The breadth of backskull corresponds approximately to its length. The top of the head (seen from above) from the ears to the nose is a fairly continuous wedge-shaped taper, with a slanting but not too-sharply defined stop. Upper and lower jaws are definitely strong. The muzzle is straight, neither a saddle shape nor an arch being desired. The lips are tight, closing well, and of dark color.
And BTW, athough the background pigment of this dog is really dark and rich, if you look closely, its saddle is poorly defined and appears to be brown rather than black.
And if you read the dog's koer evaluation, the evaluator says the dog shows excellent type... :(
