I don't view Longhairs the same thing as Plushcoats.
I see gsd as having the shorthair, lieing close to the body (majority of workinglines)
the Plush, or showcoat (you see on most showlines) thick, fuller coat.
and then the longhair also called the longstockcoat (longer top coat, ear tufts, sometimes hair covering the toenails)

There are two coat types. Stock coat and long stock coat. Both are defined as having an undercoat, a long or short coat without an undercoat is a fault. This is per the standard.
Based on this and your other pictures, it appears as though she is a long stock coat to me. The long stock coat (with correct undercoat) has been voted back in by the FCI and there will now be LC shows, breed surveys, and stud book in Germany. American clubs are already following suit.

Look at the pads of her feet. If hair is growing and extending between the toes, then she is almost certainly a LSC. Not scientific and absolute evidence, just something else to consider.

The coated typically looks like she does in that age.
