that guy sure must have been cold to have such a large and restrictive coat on! where was all of the snow at? no salt on the ground or vapor breath?Training? LOL LOL actual training would have been all the officers shooting the asshole wearing the big coat! Only use for the dog would have been to drag the dead body to the ambulance!
