.I thought I had seen another one that looked just like this animal months ago in another video clip. I don't think they had him listed as a quarter horse, but some kind of gaiting horse. Not saying it WAS the same one, but they looked simlar. Was just wondering if it is the same one or not? Just asking.....

I fined his head to be disproportionate to his body, which is why I like Molly's 2010 colt better than this one.
No argument that this fellow is a beautiful mover, though I'd like to know the rational beind putting blickers on him. Is it just a standard thing they do or was there a reason to introduce them?

Hanoverian are probably the heaviest, least refined of the warmblood breeds - especially the "old type" - but they can be refined too, depends on how "modern" they are bred (and how much TB are in their bloodlines)
Here is the inspection video of the 2010 colt "Symmetrie" - he is a full brother to Schoen Dekor. He is 4 months old now.

FHTracker - I don't like walleyes either - but that's what he has (one eye) and so it's a part of h im and IMO gives him character. It comes from the Pinto gene - it's a color gene and nothing else. In other words, he may have a "spot" in or on his eye. Some pintos have blue eyes too. Notice his star/stripe is off-center and is more toward the wall-eye, so the color may have "bled" from that marking to that eye.
as for your other question - the blinkers are put on only for training in harness. He can't see behind or beside him, so he must learn to listen and respond to voice and rein signals instead of concentrating on views that might distract him. You might note that most harness horses wear blinkers, as do racehorses. It's all about concentrating on focus and minimizing distractions.

Symmetrie is a better mover, and has a more beautiful head - which I never thought could happen - Deko is a gorgeous horse and was a perfect foal - I can only say the mare produces better every time!

Pfft...your colt has better reach, and better action. He moves much better off his hind end.
What would a colt like this sell for?
