We use buggy whips and leashes with leather or a jute for training- works great!

Would have thought some of you good people would have warned me about the dangers of this game......Prince turns into a BEAST playing this game.....almost lost an arm and a couple of fingers too( due to his lunging at the whip)....no need to worry about the cracker at the end of the whip because Prince ripped it off and ate it I think......in the frenzy it disappeared... lol ....On a more serious note Prince clinched his jaw and refused to let go at one point. I told him to drop it....about 7 times and then he finally let go.....The funny thing is the way he prances away when I let him have it....SUCH A PROUD PUPPY.....

That's the point. Confidence building. Just like you do with a kid at a game of checkers.
