Thank you Ruger!

I know she's one of those 'working line sables' but I think she's gorgeous and she's totally ruined me for sables now.

I am so sorry for you, It must be really hard to live with her. The worst thing is you will have nothing to write to us about! I am sorry to say I agree with the above posters, you really need to put her to sleep, bordem is a horrible thing. If unwilling and you insist on working thru the issues you have listed, you must at least spay her, if not she will pass her temperment on to her pups. A World with stable dogs, that are healthy just will not due!  Upon further thought, you really should contact the breeder and demand a replacement puppy. Then I would post the name of the trainer so we can all stay clear of that nut job, or maybe she is HOT trained and this is your first one, you may have better luck with the replacement pup, we all learn from our mistakes.
I wish you and your Devil dog the Best....I  know you will make the right decission....

1doggie,

She is a HOT dog and my first dog and I totally screwed her up.

Well all kidding aside I have no doubt she could have gone national level if not handicapped with my sorry ass!

She is spayed as a matter of fact because I bought her for a family companion and sport but her littermate is in the hands of a well known, good breeding program and I am totally on the list for one of her 'nephews' some day.

I would not hesitate to take a dog of her lines again.

Well fine, it'll serve you right if you deal with that breeder again and get similarly screwed over. DO YOUR HOMEWORK!

*Hangs head*

I know, I know VM and what's horrible is I went back to the same breeder and got my Little Man ...

Who is currently curled up at my feet, trying to talk me out of some of my beer.

by 1doggie2 on 08 June 2010 - 02:06

VM, you tried and that is all you can do. IF they are having issues with the current dog and then they go back to the same breeder and get another one and even states he wants a third one in time. Deserves what he gets, unreal to me someone would be loyal to a breeder that sells him a healthy, stable, can do GSD and they go back for more! there is a saying "glutten for punishment".

1doggie,

I worked my own dog, discovered her strengths and weaknesses...

WHAT WAS I THINKING?!?!?!

STEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH

I probably shouldn't even consider FHing her.

by VomMarischal on 08 June 2010 - 03:06

If you do, you deserve what you get. And that's all I'm saying on the topic.

I should get rid of her.

Do you want her VM?
