Faro may not have ,... I am not sure. Jiri said no more then any other stud. What ever that means . These things skip generations though.  But there is always something. Let me know when you have perfect breeding. If I would be picking  a pup from this breeding I would pick the best pup in any possible way and if he is good enough then I would breed him / her to a total out cross who is known to produce elbows and hips better then average. Improver on hips and elbows.
 Breeding is a compromise. Always.

and above average hips, at least compared to SV stats, where the average "a1" hips are no better than 50%.  I'm not sure what "average" is among czech lines, because they don't track HD production stats with the precision that the germans do.  If any pup certified less than OFA "good", it would be the first from any Ehret breeding.

This isn't a breeding that will compromise your pocketbook either, but assertive and devoted handlers will be prefered.  Not quite my personally preferred "balance", between sport, work, and social setting, as there will undoubtedly be some pups with potential to be a fulltime handful, even within the average working home.  But, it's difficult to predict if the entire litter will produce in such a way.

Just curious, who are the breeders of Van Den Heuval and where are they located? I searched their website and couldn't find this information. Are they a reputable breeder to deal with?

The new van den Heuvel facility in NY should be finished in about a week.  Whether Anne Robbins is a new partner or a complete owner, she did not tell me.  Faro is owned by EhretK9 in Colorado, while frozen semen is owned by both van den Heuvel and myself (EhretGSD).
