I just wanted to let you know Kathyo, I just now wrote to Ms. Leib from the first email that Chris listed  and she wrote back within an hour, with all of the information and attached the documents I will need to transfer my bitch into my name.
She even offered to check the SZ number for me to see if she (my dog) happens to already be in my name! What a nice lady. Seriously, with so many companies with poor customer service nowadays, it was refreshing to get such a pleasant and helpful email :-)

Thank you Chris, Stacy & Ulli for your help.  I don't know what we would all do without this site.

Renee, Yes that is my new boy.  His name is Bero Von Team Gunbil, he is a very sweet little pup.  When that picture was taken he had only been home with us a few weeks, and was having a bit of a hard time adjusting to his new life and family members.  My Girl the (other dog in the picture) is only 13 months old and she just loves him.

Thanks to all for all the great info.

I have met some really awesome people on here. If you stick around here, you'll figure out who they are really fast :-)

P.S. Your dogs are beautiful. Glad to hear Bero is adjusted well now.

I wanted to thank everyone again.  I finally had the chance last night to look at the papers and the breeder did sign the back, so I guess now all I have to do is sent them back to German?  Sorry that I am so dumb, this stuff can get confusing.  anyways thanks again.

Stacy thank you, I have already figured out a few of the people, and when I read some of their threads, I tend to agree with what most of them say.

Hi Kathyo,
You are not dumb! It's difficult when you don't speak German :-)
No, do not sign and send them back to Germany. Use the first email address Silbersee listed and in the subject line put

"Attn:Ms. Leib"

Ask her to please email you a Bescheinigung.

In order to process the Bescheinigung you would have to submit  a notarized copy of the pedigree ( don't send the original, also do not fax or email the documents).
Be  sure that your name is entered in the ownership section of the pedigree, next to the breeder's signature, the complete date of sale is filled in too.
Add a cover letter with the information that you need. Which is the  Bescheinigung, that she can email you, your current mailing address and your credit card information (VISA or Master, card number, expiration date and security code).
The processing fee per Bescheinigung is 15.50 Euro plus 8.20 Euro for postage (registered airmail).

You could also give her your dog's SZ number and ask if she would mind checking and seeing if by chance the breeder already put him in your name...

Good luck and I hope this helps... Lets see some more pictures :-)
