Still waiting for a pedigree to be posted.????? Please post a pedigree for your dog? the one in the picture.
I have not seen much worse..The fact that this poster cannot even post a pedigree of his dog tells me all we need to know..
This is a pedigree , in case you wonder.....my bitch who was my foundation is.
Triplh ZU ZU vom Texas pedigree is as follows linked to the pedigree database...ofa good
and shows the akc number..
http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/pedigree/500027.html
Michael: Excuse me but this poster is trying to convince us that hold the breeding of good stock and good lines has no meaning..he has not answered any question with any fact. but came on here to push a 1./2 bred dog , half gsd and half Poodle...and you have no idea what he is talking about and neither do we..He has yet to show us where his bloodline is or a pedigree of what he is trying to sell us short of Pancakes with whipped cream and one cherry on top....Doesn';t have anything to do with not likeing his dog..or him....By golly , you didn't come on here selling hot cakes for Waffles , now did you..?
Get the drift... If you have no info to prove that you are breeding german shepherds, than you are not breeding german shepherds..... No one said he had to win any competitions, I never did..no one is bashing him...he hasn't got anything to bash as of yet...He has the right to talk but he also needs some information he can't seem to find. I am against 1/2 bred dogs...period ...and he is trying to say his german shepherds are so great he used them with a poodle that was great and has a Super dog called a Shepadoodle..or some such mess...sorry but I do not buy inferior goods..I would love to be on the field at a critique seminar like I went to when I first got into Schutzhund, in Katy, Texas and Judge Manfred pointed his finger at me in my chest and told me how I had not done this and I needed to use this , and what he wanted to see me do with each dog he handled for me that week end..., telling me the weaknesses and the strengths and he remembered that 16 years later this last February in Hutto...He would not be nice about this dog posted on this thread by this man..I am not a judge and I cannot critique, but I can stand firm about wanting no `1/2 bred German shepherds bred over and over..
No one says he has to be in Schutzhund, there are 10 other organizations that work germans all over usa and one of them can surely help him get it right... there is right and wrong in every walk of life..it is how you attempt to try to get to the right...not the wrong.

YR, I get the drift do you? My message was to Alf, basically to let it go and move on, nothing to gain by posting anything else about his amatuer breeding practices.Titles, hip ratings, pedigrees, have no bearing on a breeding program without knowledge, goals and experience to produce such a cross and documented evidence that progress has been made in some generation of the offspring. One would also have to posess a great amount of knowledge about the two dogs being used in such a breeding. [ What each of them bring to the table, do they reproduce it in their offspring, a better then average knowledge of both breeds, not to mention at least some knowledge of genetics] As for what I said about some people[not all] waiting for the opportunity to bash someone else,I think thats quiet obvious to anyone thats participated on this forum for any length of time. Some like to argue for the sake of arguing, if thats the case here, so be it. I'm finished do as you please. Michael

Yellowrose, you do love the sound of your own rhetoric.
I am in no way defending Alf for breeding shepadoodles or from un health checked stock, BUT FFS read before you type.
Alf posted the names of the dam and sire, see post 4.
Not that they would mean diddley squat to you as he is in the UK and they are UK pet lines. Jeez

But the point is, Ambiigsd, that he is crossing two ordinary pet quality dogs, sticking a designer name and $1200 price tag on them, and trying to convince us that they are healthier than anything we've got. There's a sucker born every minute, and I guess they are the proud owners of his litter of Shepadoodles. Pet buyers wouldn't have a clue what questions to ask...until the dogs go down with dysplasia or thyroid problems or scary skin blisters. ALL he is doing is contributing to the problem of a planet overrun with mutts...and you can get a mutt every day at the shelter--no need to contribute to those numbers. I just don't see how he is making any kind of contribution to the dog world, which is what people should be aspiring to do by breeding.
Part of the reason a GSD breeder charges as much as he/she does is all the training, titleing, and health testing of the sire and dam. What's HIS excuse?

I am hardly missing the point, as I have said I am not defending the man or his breeding from un-health checked dogs or anything else.
There is enough detritus dumped into the gene pool on a daily basis, much of it far worse than the dog this gentleman posted on the other thread.
The dog is very A-typical of pet lines in this country. This country being the UK as was already pointed out.
Education needs to be aimed at the general puppy purchasing public, rather than berating an individual, whom 'we' have no control over their actions.

Nearly everyone tried very hard to "educate" Alf; however, he declined the offers.
