Thanks everyone. He is in college and his professor really wants him to do this positional paper, but since there are so few true unbiased scholarly journal research that has been peer reviewed that is recent (prof wants nothing older than 5 years), he is getting ansy. Good idea on British Medical Journal, Chako website has interesting links as well. Thanks all of you, I will see if he will allow it to be printed or else I can give the results. Thanks everyone.
