If it is a big male pup with huge legs and stout body could possibly be Pano but by most percentage of postings,, Pano is usually diagnosed a little later in pups age .....never rule it out..I have a pup with huge legs and he is clumsy but tries to do as much as the little female who runs circles around him because she is slimmer...
I wondered today if I would have a problem with his huge famework???? Not expecting it but Yap our largest big bone demo dog had a bout with Pano ,,but I handled it without a vet call..members of my club recognized it and he was older..

Hey Yellow, and 1 doggie, I wormed the pup a couple weeks ago and he didn't have worms (that I could see) He had another set of shots last night and wormed again, this time he passed some worms in his stool, I wonder if that could have something to do with it? We will get x-rays tommorow just to make sure. Yellow, he is not super big for 10 weeks, he is just average size.
Take Care,

I would not go to the vet yet. He may be sore where the shot was given and also gums need to be checked....
he may have a gum soreness... he could have had a gastrological pain if worms present...I would keep in kennel and watch his every move and make notes....
Below is the pup of mine that has big paws and thick legs...I thought the same thing today....wonder if.......????
This pup is 15 weeks old...his sister is slimmer and she is a tough cookie..pic upper shows her on top of the male ...she usually takes him down and he is much slower in his running....

Yellow Rose, Gum soreness is a possibility as he yelped when I touched his mouth earlier tonight, can't be the shot because this started 4 days ago and he just got the shot yesterday. The vet said he could have colic which I have never heard of before. We will watch him close, possible pinched nerve from hyper mom jumping on him by accident.

If he's as big as my pup was at 10 wks then it very well could be Pano. My pup all of a sudden would not put weight on his rear leg and would not eat the first morning. Took him to the vet, x-rays were done. Not my dogs regular Dr. due to the hours. This Dr. didn't see anything. Sent him home with Tramydol so he'd eat. He did eat, then nothing was better by Mon. so I brought him back to see our regular Dr. She did touched his rear legs up and down to pin point the area of pain and then double checked again. He was more concerned with his left upper leg. Did x-rays again and she saw a little spot on the upper large bone and diagnosed it as Pano. Sent us home with treatment of rest, Tramydol & Rimadyl and a follow up.
At next follow up he still had some pain but then aprox. 1 month later from when it onset it was gone. Hasn't been back since. I guess it's rare that pups have Pano at that age but obviously not unheard of.
My pup is fine now at 5 months.
Good luck with yours!

I think it is his mouth...also a mom bitch could have corrected the pup ..I have seen it done a million times..and they hurt them in the neck area...that is also the head area ,,the mom puts the whole mouth over the head of a dominant pup to correct ....check out these.....
