Puppy growth rates and weights week by week - Page 2

I took Izzy to the Vet yesterday for a check up and he weighed her see came in at 13.4 lbs and she was 9 weeks old yesterday
I too never bother about  checking weights on a Pup i go by eye and howw the Pup acts all are different but you will sure to see if it is putting on too much weight, 27th this month she has ger second Vaccination i will weigh her then and that will be all until she grows up a bit

Our biggest litter in weight, was a litter of 11 puppies.
At 8 weeks old the largest female weighed in 17.75 lbs!.......she had more bone than a dog 2x her age!...(not really-exagerating a bit)..
The largest male weighed in at 16.5 lbs.  The smallest female weighed in at 13 1/2 lbs.......HUGE difference between her and the rest...........she always was the smallest from birth.
We were very fortunate that all the puppies were healthy & strong.........that was the "heaviest" litter of puppies we've had.
Our average size & weight of puppies rage from 5-9 puppies and their weights range at 8wks around 14.5lbs to 16 lbs.
....I think thats pretty normal weight & size.

My boy is 9 weeks and 2 days old, and he just weighed in today at 20.1 lbs
