I read this story just this morning and was shocked, i hope the handler gets his just deserves. I do however find it strange to be reported here by the one and only Haughmill!!! You state above you do not like the word SCHEME....... don't we all know!!! Liz.

that is truely sad. If it is like the usa rarely do leo ever get prosicuted no matter how wrong they are, it is just how life is. They tend to forget they should be setting examples for the public not above them!

Who locks dogs in a car adn goes home? Don't they have kennels on this force? What was a phonecall to headquarters suppossed to do? There are just some situations you don't walk away from, hoping somoene else finishes the job. No way no how, part of this guys job was to safely put these dogs back where he got them, at the begining of his shift. People just don't have a lick of sense anymore!
