i too have have had good luck with Continental and ...
let me know how you do have to get a dog from Idaho to NJ in 6 weeks...
Will probably use Continental.

To be perfectly honest I haven't even bothered checking yet. The pup is only 1 week and 1 day old right now. The new owner's are already checking everything out, which I guess is a good thing. I did email them and tell them about Continental. NO I will never use Delta again. Did not like how the puppies came to me, and visa versa.

i would also recommend skydogs as mentioned by mo ive used these too with exellent results

I have used and recommend LNT Pet Transport. They are absolutely Awesome with the puppies and dogs and take Wonderful care!!!
They travel coast to coast - prices are reasonable and they stay in constant contact for updates through out the trip. I will use them again as well.

Thanks Dragon, and Stormhasit. We just found out that Continental does not ship out pets from our local international airport. I told the new owner's that I will be willing to drive 3-4 hours away to put her on that flight. I will send them the websites that you have given as well.
