That's all it costs in Philly?! If you can find a vet that does both out here in flyover country it costs quite a bit more than that.

There's a Canadian test, too... I can't recall what it is called. Anyone know how it compares to the other 2?

In my area it is $350 for the Penn Hip. Extra shots for OFA were quoted to me at $35 each. So that would add $105 for hip and elbow film.
