Yes, it appears we're speaking at cross purposes. I think we're talking about 2 different "schemes".
I was referring to the "german shepherd improvement plan" - which appears to be a FUTURE aspiration and you were referring to the "accredited breeders scheme" which appears to be a current scheme.
The GSIP appears to be promoting exactly what you (and Ronaldo) are promoting - that's all I was saying. The plan - as posted by Videx - seeks to make significant changes to breeders standards in order for pups to be registered. That's why I couldn't understand how Ronaldo's post was relevant?
