I worked with Dave Haley and Max at the Orlando Fire Department.  Maxine, "Max" is an English black Lab, she is a Great dog, well behaved in all situations and great little worker.  I know Dave had no prior official dog training until entering the program, he and Max recertify on a regular basis to maintain their level of accuracy so she must have had a great trainer to be the push button dog she it. :o)  I don't know Bill but worked with Max enough to know he does good work with the dogs.
