Having the high temp coupled with Parvo running rampant in our area, is a strong indicator.

I would not wait

Hi.  I don't have anything of value to add, I just wanted to tell you I'm sorry the little tyke isn't feeling good, and we are keeping everything crossed he just has something minor.  Keep us posted.

Will do Sue. I have never had a puppy get sick, no giardia, cocci, parvo or Dist. Do they do a fecal for all 4? He hasn't pooped in about 3 hrs or so....still waiting, hoping he doesn't and feels better.

Temp now 102.1. He's still drinking and peeing, still no poop but not eating yet. I'm leaving for a few hrs to a Doc apt in Sac. Will check him again when I get home. My daughter is watching him while I leave with instructions to hose the kennel as soon as he goes poo, count poos and pees too.

I just remembered something.  When Arkane was about the same age he started having bouts of diarrhea, right before I was going to take him to the vets I found a very small broken off piece of a Geranium stalk in his run that he had been chewing on.  There were some planted just outside of it.  I looked it up and sure enough, poisonous to dogs.  I ripped them all out of the yard.

Here is a pretty good website.  You can enter the common name of plants in and it will tell you whether or not it is poisonous and what the symptoms are:

4 pack I hope your pup will be ok, get it to a vet just in case, its worth the $$$ for piece of mind.........if its good, .the vet check a bunch of stuff and send you home with an antibiortic....grrrrrrrrr, if its bad, pup may have to stay for several days. ....go to a really good vet.

do not wait any longer.

BTW, Hero will be getting another round of Panacure starting this weekend............he's running again. What a mess.

Michelle, I hope he's better soon.  Take him in as soon as you can.  Even tough puppies are still fragile.
