Thanks for everyone's opinion. I will be sending them to Germany for SV for an A stamp. I know I was thrilled when the vet said they were excellent. I was hoping for good at best. I will have to see how they are read. These were done without sedation and my girl did really well. I have had 5 GSD's over the past 11 years and none have had good hips, until now. So all of you can imagine how happy I am. I will let you know after I get the results. Thanks everyone!

I would say "a" normal then. 
Be prepared though. It seemingly takes FOREVER to get your results back! Sometimes 3 to 4 months, or even longer. I'm still waiting to get breed surveys back from September. They've supposedly made it back to the USA office at least. Just waiting to get it back from them. :)

Tails are there.....LOL
It was measured to shoot the hips, so you wouldn't neccessarily see the full tail since it measured a lot smaller than a hip. So the xray was taken at a higher KV, "baking" the tail out. Basically the rest of the tail is overexposed.....
