Point is I doubt that this person could be convinced that the dog has needs to be addressed and you should mention it but don't expect for it to sink in.

crysbuck25 - In my opinion, you could not have stated it better. I thought about taking the dog and working her to sharpen her up, but if I got the respect I need from her, that is exactly where it would end, I - and I alone - would have the respect...not the lady that lets her get away with this.
I talked to her again this evening, and I pretty much threw my hands up when she said " When I brought her in to the vet the other day, she jumped up on the counter and knocked down a few things, but I cant help that she likes the lady that works there."
I just wanted to yell "Unacceptable!!! She is 11 months old! She should not be behaving like this!"
But I have decided that I am going to shut my mouth and let the whole thing just take its course....

It sounds like this breeder has tried to give her advice but it's being ignored. There is not much you can do as a breeder in that case other than offer to take the dog back and rehome it for her. Since she thinks everything is A-OK that doesn't look like an option either.
Unfortunately, the dog will be the one to suffer when she ends up biting someone or knocking over a child.

a good ending just came to this situation. i sat and thought about what it would take for her to realize something needed to be done...
so i convinced her to go to a dog parade. and boy was it packed. anyways, the dog pulled her the whole time, which was making her back hurt because she had an injury to it, tripped her 3 times, when we sat down, i put my dog on a down stay, when she tried to do it, her dog kept getting up, and she started getting mad, so she shoved her dog down, and her dog snapped at her, and when she did, i looked at her and said "that needs to stop." she also jumped on the counter at petsmart and knocked down the bowl of treats...
