Surley my friend, you arent insinuating that profit would be put infront of the wellbeing of the beloved breed...say it aint so....
No judge would put his reputation on the line for love of money or favor,,,surley national pride would forbid that...

There is a Word for people that will Sell their Souls for money and betray any sense of good ethics & morality
That word is a Politician
But it also applies to many in the GSD show community

I believe that it was Ben Franklin while at his time in France said"The difference between Politictions and prostitutes, prostitutes are just more honest about how they earn the money.

My Dear," said the gentleman to the lady, "would you go to bed with me for a million dollars?"
"Well, yes, I suppose I would," she replied.
"Here’s $100. Let’s go then."
"How dare you! What kind of person do you think I am?"
"My Dear, we have already established that.
Now we are merely haggling over the price!"
(attributed to George Bernard Shaw or Winston Churchill and Lady Astor)

Of course that would be only after the dog had taken an aggressive stack towards it,s prey.

Back to the subject..........
When these show dogs are moving and standing normally, they look much less angulated - the gaiting and stacking exentuates the angulation............
Does anyone have viedo of these show dogs walking and standing in a more natural way? Maybe, just maybe this would help some of the over zellious nay-sayer to understand just a bit better.
Our SchH club has both working and show dogs being trained in SchH. The show dogs not asked to gait and are doing fine.........some of the show dogs have more drive then the working dogs................its a personal preference,

Everybody talk about the "standard". Can someone tell me if the standard requires the dogs to look so unnatural. They almost do not look like dogs to me. I can understand that this is a serious hobby for many people but I hope you can understand that I cannot agree with you.
My working line I am happy to report is a perfect gentleman, intelligent and a wonderful companion. He looks and moves like a a real dog should do. We have decided to do some schutzhund training and he has taken to it like a duck to water.
Thank you for listening.
