that is unpleasant. we live in central tx and 31c (around 90f) and that high of humidity is fairly normal for us - and it's miserable. the hardware stores here sells a mister system that works very nicely. it doesn't help with the humidity but it acts as a sort of natural AC, the air gets cooler by moving across the mist. this might help your pups, it really helps our dogs in the summer months. also getting their feet wet periodically throughout the day - especially the hottest part - might be a quick and easy solution, at least until you can come up with something better.

oh maybe tossing in a few wet towels a couple times of day might give them something cool to lay on. at this age they should be able to move themselves around so if they are hot they will stay on it and if they feel too cool they will move off it - just another thought:)

i am doing the wet towel thing expect that I towel them well after I feed them. It works for a few hours or until they awaken
