i would say Bernard Flinks is excellent for putting the right foundation in young dogs and new handlers.he is the only one who teaches foundation this way and extremely good at it,also Gottfried Dildi.any others who are doing as good of a job i don't know.have a nice one.

I would love the info if you have it - too bad the working spots are filled up though :( but the semiar itself would be great too!

I have never attended a seminar that I didn't learn something from, whether my dog was entered to work or not. Maybe the methods/techiniques offered suit the dog I have... maybe not... but sooner or later I find that what I learned at any seminar eventually comes in handy with some dog! Kinda like having a lot of tools in your tool box. There are a few you hardly ever need, but when the right occasion (dog) comes along, that one collecting dust in the very bottom of the box is exactly the right one for the job at hand.
I prefer seminars with 3-4 days duration so we can actually SEE a difference over the course of the event. Alos, I strongly recommend you attend seminars with as many of your club members present as possible, especially your helpers, so you are all on the same page, can share your experiences when you go back to your home field. One thing to avoid: Method-of-the-Month. Nothing confuses/ruins a dog faster than lack of consistency in training.
Good luck!
