Seems my Pup to be Christmas time,  Squealed a lot when she was picked up, but is now settlling down but still complains when handled, and she is now near on a month old

i like a bit of spirit in a animal of bird, it shows a bit of Character

The nicest working dog (Cadaver dog) I have ever met was obscenely obnoxious from the moment she was born. I first met her at 3 days old and she was already a handful.

By the time her eyes were open she was escaping boxes and generally raising hell. She had a really talented breeder/handler that knew how to deal with her and put a CD on her by 6 months 6 days old, a national recovery certification at 9 months, and later a BH and countless other SAR certifications.

So- keep your eyes on that one and challenge her with stuff that works her brain to see if her money is where her mouth is so to speak.

I have one of these myself!  She started crawling out of the whelping box as soon as her eyes opened to follow her mom.  By the time she had teeth, she was grabbing pants legs.  When our other dogs alert to strangers she's right there with them barking while the other pups are curiously watching.  I've had to discourage people from choosing her because of the fact that they were only looking for a pet- and now she's the last one and just as spunky now at 9 weeks!  I think she'll go far!  Good luck with your little firecracker and let her be all she can be!
