the original papers are where? He submitted them to "the club" - then go get them back from "the club" if "the club" is refusing to process the paperwork for whatever reason. If they refuse to return the original paperwork to the seller, then speak to an attorney about it.

I agree with Sam, this is a screwed up situation. The fact the siblings paperwork was sent directly, etc. makes me wonder why the bitches were too????? There was no GOOD reason to handle the two pups and/or paperwork differently. The seller offered what they wanted to offer instead of what the buyer paid for, why should he give up everything he has put into the bitch to this point, that isn't fair to him or the bitch whom I would think is attached to the buyer.
I agree the buyer really complicated things by breeding a unregistered dog???? Unsure why he would do that???? The breeder/seller should be able to re-apply for the dogs papers if they are lost and provide them to the buyer. That was their responsiblity from the sounds of all this and that is what he paid for. Unsure how long he's had the dog but if it was a pup when he purchased it and it is old enough to breed then the seller has already had enough time to handle this and is being an arsh. It would even cost the buyer more to ship the dog back at this point and he obviously doesn't want to, why should he. He should get what he paid for.
