I hear you, my dogs get feed before me in the morning & at night and I NEVER miss their vitamins & supplements.  Wish I could say that was true for me too. :o(  LOL  Very lucky dogs live in my home and I am very lucky to have them. :o)

Thats true Snajper recent studies show that even oxygen has an effect on how our body ages. So i guess frontline has more advantages than disadvantages.

If you would not have such a big problem with dear ticks than I would say that there could be something else you could use, but every one will tell you nothing works better on dear ticks than frontline. I ignored it once, didn't put it on my fathers dog for one month guess what next bloadline lime positive.

Teri, I don't spoil my dog but yeah, she gets extra treatment, she eats before me, she drinks before me, she even goes to bathroom before me, than you have me runing from a walk straight home because I can't hold it any more lol hahahaha

frontline and advatage are not systemic thats why there is a wide margin of safety

I had a Bull dog once that had didnt do well with frontline, something close to hot spots, but my shepherds have all done fine on it. I recently just switched to adams water based, I like the smell and it works.

One of my dog's had a reaction to frontline,  and this year it didn't seem to be working and I stopped using it.

I have tick's out the wazoo !!     I used a commercial kennel dip this year.   And a lot of permanone for myself.

Next year I'm just gonna set the woods on fire as nature intended and I hope they all die screaming !!

The little bastard's !!!

They say a good cold winter helps but of course in central Florida that doesn't help me much!!!!!  They also say to use a tick collar, I can't remember the name of it but you can't use it with pups around (they will chew on it & get sick) but for adults it's great.  I'll have to look up the name.

Two Moons, I believe I said the same about fleas, many years ago before frontline came along. The product has been out there for several years now with no complications other than a skin irritation here and there. I just like the idea that the flea bites and die, die ,die.
