Peroxide does not clean anything. It is a sterile solution that bubbles when it comes into contact with blood so it helps bubble dirt out of soures but doesn't clean it. Bleach mix'd with water is the BEST solution to kill every germ out there. Bleach solutions is what hospitals and rescues use to clean contaminated surfaces. It is cheap and easy to find. Don't make more solution than you plan to use as it looses it's strength over time. I mix Bleach in hot water & scrub everything with it, walls, dog kennels, crates, floor in dog room. I let it sit to dry before putting the dogs back in the crates, etc. You want the bleach to sit on the surface to have time to kill the germs, to I don't dry anything off with a towel.

Liquid Lysol kills 99% and is not harsh to dogs. I'm stumped on the type of worm or parasite dogs can get from stagnant water but bleach won't kill it but Lysol will,, at least that's what my vet said.

I have heard vinegar was best for killing the urine smell & killing germs on meat that smells not so fresh. :o) I haven't had any reactions using bleach to clean with. I have no idea what worm/parasite bleach won't kill. It kills HIV, Hep. & Staff infection. I've been told you can add it to water with mosquetto larve & it will kill them but haven't tried it. I try to eliminate standing water & dump it out when I do find it somewhere. The house smells clean to me after being bleached down, glad to hear the dogs can't smell any pee after the floor has been bleached. :o) I've been using alot with a young pup in the house. :o)

how many capefulls of bleach to how many parts water should i use for it to still clean but be somewhat safe.
Are we talking about bleach we would use in the laundry or the clorox bleach that you can use in the kitchen and stuff cuz i have both.

I didn't know there was a difference in Laundry bleach & clorox bleach unless you are talking about an off brand of bleach? 1 to 10 ratio, 1 part bleach to 10 parts water. On the kennel slab I wet the concrete and pour straight bleach here & there to mix with the water, scrub with a hard bristle brush & then rinse off. I let it dry before any animals can get on it so they don't track on it.
Bleach is watered down chlorine like you put in your pool & swim in. It is harmful if mixed with other cleaners/chemicals or use a bunch in an enclosed/unventilated area for your lungs. It won't hurt your animals as long as you don't fumigate them with the fumes. Diluted bleach water won't hurt them anymore than it hurts your hands when you clean with it. If too strong it can dry your skin out.
