When I got my dog's hips x-rayed it only cost me RM85 - which is about $25.

He did the x-ray using sedation though.

$240 for hips and elbows under sedation here in mid-west Georgia.

As to the films you posted, it is hard to see them clearly but there looks to be remodeling and changes of the femoral head and neck on the left side. Don't think they will pass. (although you may get a better idea if you can post larger versions).

Here's a pic of them that I scanned, they came out dark, and I think I reversed the film,

you can see shadow area's better.......
