Is this what kind of dog you wanted? I guess it takes all kinds. I had a friend once that used to date women that liked to get drunk and fight. NEVER understould that EITHER.

GOOD LUCK !

He ended up going to jail over one of them for assault/battery.

I hope things work out better for you!

Mahon--

What can I say. I like my dogs like I like my women, small, fast, and a little crazy.....adds spice to life

Thanks Chris

So today I brought her to work. She came in to the office and met some of the guys. She didn't want to come inside. You can tell she has been a kennel dog. This was my only real concern cuz this can be a problem for the real high drive mals. She is good with people, a little shy at first but friendly; not over-friendly. She is not really scared of anything she just hasn't seen anything. As long as I get her out now and show her everything, she should be fine. Six more months in a kennel and she would have been wasted. I am sure there will be quirks that pop up now and again, like most of your mals, but drive like her's can get you through alot of things.

She is not a sensitive dog by any means. The breeder says he had a pinch on her @ 7 months no problem. I have tripped over her, she has fouled her leash and got all tangled, and I stepped on her foot once, no reaction at all. A far cry from the super sensitive dogs I have had in the past.

I was going to buy both dogs but the breeder talked me out of it. He told me she was going to be all the dog I want to handle. I told him that was a bold statement. He said, "You'll see when you get her. She is a pain in the ass" I think he is right. I don;t know if I want another one until I have this one under control.

I'm gonna have to dust off the ring rust and get back on top of my game with this one.

I don't want to get too excited cuz I did that with the last two, only to get disappointed, but I love what I am seeing so far.

That's all that REALLY matters anyway.

You paid for her and if she is what you want it's all good. We all have different taste and that a good thing. Otherwise we

would'nt have any thing to talk about , or learn from.

good luck, im glad she is what you wanted.

remember if you need to find her a home i just might have an open kennel.  what the hell i have one shep. that acts like a mali anyway.  they might be good friends.

wish you the best.

Thanks John. Your opinion helped me make my decision. You know how you said you liked the way she pushed the decoy with her feet? She has nut checked me twice. Maybe a year or so from now I  find myself out in your neck of the woods. you can done a suit or sleeve and make the decision to open Pandora's box

No joke when we got home today, I threw the ball for her. She ran full tilt and slammed into the fence. Then she didn't want to give the ball back so she ran in circles around my 1/3 acre back yard for about 3 minutes straight. I sat down to try and get her to come to me, and she ran full bore and hit me center chest.

Yeah, i am going to have a lot to post about.

She sounds like just what you wanted!  And I love the name, how fitting.

I have a rubbermaid sheep stock tank, holds about 100 gallons.  The dogs can stand it in a splash, it may make a great water dish for Pandora.  She would probably eventually chew threw it, mine have chewed around the top edges, but she would have fun doing so.  I've had it for 3-years.
