i bought innotek rechargeables earlier this year.  some of the dogs won't even try to bark when they are on.  some of them bark a bit and one female pays no attention to it whatsoever.  i think she is a candidate for one of the stronger collars by dogtra or tritronics.  the point being that they are all different.  some require a stronger collar and some require very little or nothing at all.

I use the Dogtra 500 and LOVE it! I have used the Innotec colalrs and they go off all the time. The Dogtra has been fairly reliable provided it isn't too tight to the neck. As someone else mentioned, it has 7 settings. Even my worst dog has never needed it higher than level 3 and generally it stays on 1 or is off all together and as long as the feeling of the colalr is on, they do well but every once in a while they figure it out and I have to turn it back on level 1/2. I am actually considering buying more of them and was going to try a 300 for the softer dogs.
