thanks for the suggestions. i like dean calderons dog verdi a lot. if i can stay in ok,tx,ar,al,ky,il,in,ky,la,ga,sc,nc,va,wv, pretty much under 700 or 800 miles would be great. also rob dunns dogs are all great. tried sweet talkin marlene into letting me breed to zidane, but i guess it didnt work.

If your bitch is small (as she seems in the pic), Casch could also be interesting.  An all black litter, healthy outcrossing, to a big, successful male.  To place all these black pups well, you probably need another title on your bitch, however.

I am pretty certain that Verdi Karthago isn't available for breeding.

Bobby,

Seven is doing fine.....crazy for the water hose!!!  Wonder if that runs in the German Showlines?  My house dog, German showline, is CRAZY for water!  So far that is the first bonding experience we have had!  She likes to leave the yard which she is learning some hard lessons!!!!!!!!

Re: German showlines and water - my German showline pup is water crazy. He'd do anything for the hose with a hard spray of water coming out. He'll run around for over an hour (that's the longest I've had to waste water playing with him). Okay, it's not wasted since we both have a good time and it's been hot here so getting soaked feels good.  Oops, off topic here.

Under her pedigree it says she just had a littler in June.  I'm not a breeder but I thought it was typical to only to breed once a year to give the bitch some time to regain her vitality. Am I wrong about this? I'm wondering because this is one of the things I would look for in a breeding.

TAKE  MVf'S ADVICE

GO SEE SHELLEY IF YOUR GIRL OFA'S   WAIT FOR THE OFA REPORT BEFORE YOU DO A BREEDING

DID SHE ALREADY HAVE A LITTER?

WOULDNT THINK A TRIP TO SHELLEYS WOULD BE SO FAR..WORTH EVERY MILE

THEN SHE CAN TRAIN IT AND HANDLE IT FOR YOU

i pasted her name in the database and it came up with this link http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/pedigree/507041.html

there's no DOB listed but it says she's had 2 litters:

first with Beau Bo Wagner vom Kraftwerk on 25. March 2007

2nd with Valko vom Lengener-Meer  on  20. June 2008

Valko is very handsome; no pict of Beau but his sire is Iron vom Oberhausener-Kreuz

he's is my kind of dog:)

Zjangles is really beautiful - i wonder what her previous pups look like - assuming this is the same bitch:)
