Definitely worth it. Mine is a reprint in English that I got from Hoflin. I got it some time ago and didn't pay that much for it, but all the suggestions above for finding copies are good. The pictures are wonderful.

I have a 1925, second entirely revised "American Edition", printed in Germany by Anton Kampfe, Jena. It was translated from the original work by J.  Schwabacher, for the sole copyright owner at that time, John Gans, esq. I have owned the book since the early seventies and it has been the foundation for my "thinking" on the GSd.

Definitely worth getting the book. The copies on ebay and Amazon were pricey, but after some digging on the internet I found a copy for <$100 from some obscure rare book shop.
