Sunsilver,  is she an example of a german / american show line cross?  I actually rather like her confirmation (and I usually strongly prefer working lines).   Still learning about all this pedigree and line stuff!

This is one of my current gyps. Cello in her 3rd on top, and a bottom bred to work.

Here's my girl; she's 10mos old currently. (Vice Sieger VK3 blk/red show father, V4 SchH FH AD IP black working mom) 2xSGR VA1 Larus Batu on top, Nick Konigshohle, Fero & Chuna Policia on bottom. She's not perfect when stacking because of her age; she wiggles and wants to be moving, so its hard to snap a perfect picture of her stacked; she's got alot of drive and is nice and solid. Nothing weak about this show/working combo.

There are some damn nice looking dogs on this thread! I would love to know how some of these dogs stack up in working and conformation events.

Good looking litter Shelley- I'm not suprised they're related to your boy! Sure would like to see what he throws with a showline bitch.

Heather, yes, on her mom's side, she's a grand-daughter of Dallas, who is currently the top-rated sire of all time for the AKC shepherds. Dallas (Kismet's Sight for Sore Eyes) had great movement, good pigment and good drive for an American lines GSD. He got his HIC, and one of the posters on this board who saw him work sheep said he looked like he could work all day (unlike many American GSD's)

Unfortunately, I've been told Star looks too "German" to win anything in the CKC or AKC show ring, and she'd also get faulted on her faded pigment.  She does have nice overall structure, though. I especially like her shoulder.

This is TJ he is half DDR and half showline. He belongs to my boyfriend. TJ is a very nice dog. He has the conformation of the showline and the working drive of the DDR. He is working towards his SchH titles. Here are a few pictures of him....
