Molly is one awesom GSD. It's obvious from your photos that she is filled with love and devotion. And her ability to relate to cats and mother kittens is exactly what Capt. Von Stephanitz demanded in his GSDs. In his book he included photos of his dogs being docile at the end of the day laying around relaxing with baby fawns and other small animals. Congratulations of acquiring such a nice GSD.

She looks like a wonderful girl. Mine share their bed with the cats too. Normally the cat is in the middle and the dog on the edge.

Molly looks like a very fine pretty girl. I would bet that she is 100% German Shepherd from American/BYB. There is nothing wrong with that. You are so lucky to have found each other.
Now Molly is helping others!

Molly looks like a sweet, pretty girl, probably purebred American lines and yes, maybe byb. I'll bet she's happy in her home with you. I always admire people who do rescue. Best wishes to you and Molly and good luck with her health issues.
