Be very concerned. And vote! Vote the incumbents out at every opportunity. Let your legislators know your concerns, do not let them forget. Write, e-mail, call; make sure your opinions are heard. BSL are threatening my state, & my state of mind, as they are intended to do. Speak up! jh

Most cops I know who work on the streets favor the ruling. Maybe the problem will be taken care of before they get there. Anyone hear the case of the 11 year old in Montana who shot two illegal aliens who broke in and were known to have a gun from a previous break in and of which, one was a known pedophile (in country he came from)? Apparently they didn't know she was a national skeet shooting champion and had shot skeet since 9 years old. I may have my facts a little off, but it happened a few years back. Oh and daddy had just driven down the road a mile or so to pick up little brother.

Yippee! They got it right.
Mindhunt, here's the article, I copied it from a post on another forum,
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This says it all - if she hadn't known how to defend herself, she would most
likely not be alive today. Who knows what these two illegals had in mind for
her. Why didn't this make the national news ? First it was a positive
gun-related story; second it involved 'illegals' and the liberal left wing
press don't want the average U.S. citizen to be informed on these types of
issues.
Enjoy,,,,,,,
Shotgun preteen vs. illegal alien home invaders
Butte, MT - Home invasion gone wrong for criminals.
Two illegal aliens, Ralphel Resindez, 23, and Enrico Garza, 26, probably
believed they would easily overpower home-alone 11-year-old Patricia
Harrington after her father had left their two story home.
It seems the two crooks never learned two things: they were in Montana and
Patricia had been a clay shooting champion since she was nine. Patricia was
in her upstairs room when the two men broke through the front door of the
house. She quickly ran to her father's room and grabbed his 12-gauge
Mossberg 500 shotgun.
Resindez was the first to get up to the second floor, only to be the first
to catch a near point blank blast of buck shot from the 11-year-old¢s knee
crouch aim. He suffered fatal wounds to his abdomen and genitals. When Garza
ran to the foot of the stairs, he took a blast to the left shoulder and
staggered out into the street where he bled to death before medical help
could arrive.
It was found out later that Resindez was armed with a stolen 45-caliber
handgun he took from another home invasion robbery. The victim, 50-year-old
David Burien, was not so lucky as he died from stab wounds to the chest.
Had this happened in California, the ACLU would be out in force suing the
11-year-old girl. (Not to mention the LaRaza groups claiming she was
discriminating.)
Nice shootin', Patricia!!

Hmm, Agar, I don't know. Personal ownership of a 50-calibre is becoming more attactive all the time-I just hate to spend the money. But it is a simple matter of maintaining superior firepower against all the ne'er-do-wells and our government's storm troops. The storm is still coming-but from which direction? Now, that is the question for that I have no answer.
I think this latest "interpretation" is nothing more than some political pandering by the nine (9) justices in yet another attempt to muddle the simplistic language contained in the 2nd Amendment. How much more simple (and correct!) could the 2nd Amendment have been written?
Vote!
Oops, back to the German Shepherd Dogs,

Okay folks, I'm going to lay out the game plan. It is already being done all over the country. Katrina was an 8day test to see how well it worked. The govt plan is this and it comes from the shadow govt officials who give orders to all our high officials. Anyone in the know understands that high tech scalar electronic weather warfar science exists and has been actively used since the late 1960's. The jet stream can be pulled upward or downward and used to creat storm pockets to some degree. Earthquakes can be "stimulated", as has been done many times in Japan and China by the shadow govt.
The plan is to institute major weather crises (or terrorist "inside or black ops job) to create disasters. Plan 1 is to then send in the supposedly deputized private mercenary troops under fema control, and order the local police to institute door to door "checks for safety" to remove any folks who didn't leave, confiscate all guns and other valuables of interest. This is always done at gunpoint with the usual high level of gross profanity expresses by the "stormtroopers". Plan two is to wait until the flood waters or crises subsides and then send the storm troops in to check the homes for saftey. This means that mercenaries with no legal right, kick in the locked doors of one's home, search for guns and valuable to confiscate. Then they split up the guns and valuables and only keep the crummy or broken guns to return later to those irate citizens that come back in protest. In this way so called natural disasters will be instituted all over the country as often as possible until a substantial number of communities are broken forever, the core economy is destroyed and enough guns are confiscated. The game is to create a new world order from the massive chaos they are creating now and reduce the pop. Your own govt has literally declared war on the people and this is true in the UK too (home of this stuff--tavistock & RIIA). Now for most this info is hard to grasp, but is available if one really wants to know. For example Col. Thomas Beardon has told just about as much as he dares (enough documentation for you to understand some of the technology); see Nick Begich, Ph.D. stuff on HAARP. Investigate the gwen towers system; look up pulsed beam microwaves and all the over 200 related patents for mind control that are not classified and then let your imagination run about the many that are classified. Or you could research the writings of Webster Tarpley, the world's foremost expert on terrorism, who started it, who pays for it, what it really is; or go to www.globalresearch.ca and read the excellent and very well documented article: "State-Sponsored Terror: British and American Black Ops in Irag". Of course the shadow govt's other optionsare to debase the dollar to collapse the world economy or institute a major world war with the russians and chinese over Iran.

You know I gave up a small gun business several years ago when things where at their worst in the industry.
Oh what it must be like to be a dealer in DC right now. Can you say windfall? Now come's the restriction's.
The lawyer's are gonna make out quite well in the days to come, of course they always do.
Bob o,
A .50 cal. handgun is expensive to own and very expensive to shoot and in my opinion not practical for much at all.
And as much as I admire the craftmanship of a deasert eagle they too are impractical. Best to remember that the 9mm. is universal and its the weapon of choice of your enemy. Than make's access to amunition very easy no matter where you are. I personally being an old moss back still carry a .45 but I make my own ammo, and I figure I can aquire what I need if I had too from the enemy if it ever came to that.
Guerilla tactic's and terrorism are born out of neccessity when your fighting a superior force.
As far as the criminal element is concerned, yes they fear being shot a little bit more today than yesterday.
No matter how you view the supreme courts ruling it is a step in the right direction. I actually heard someone say in an interview that the constitution was not sacred and that it could be changed if deemed no longer relavent. I wish I could recall who this guy was.
Anyway, yeah vote em all out and speak up, while we still can.

Bob O....The 50 caliber Desert Eagle is a Hangun. Ive fired it, Nice gun. Good bear medicine if you fish in Alaska
This is Not a Barrett 50 BMG caliber Rifle. Those run about $2,000+. You can find them in Shotgun News or gun digest. Perfectly legal to own. Ammo is expensive. Believe ir not, some elk hunters are using them! Can knock an elk off its feet 1 mile away, across a mountain...
Ive considered a 50 BMG caliber but dont own one. Great for hitting caravans, armoured cars etc.
The day will come soon, that we will be forced into defending our rights. The media will portray us as "Whackos, Insurgents, Subversives, Anti Govt Militia types" etc what have you. Dont buy a word of it.
Good video, go to the 2nd video, the one below..I like this forum also, if youre like minded, youll like it, so save it.

Nothing quite beats a Samson Ultra H110 and W296 exiting a Desert Eagle .50 AE. Too bad they only marketed it 2003 -2006 then MRI decided to ban them. LOL When you fire your first shot, you know to stock up. LMAO
You shoot one of these babies you'll see a fireball that will blind in daylight.

My husband is trying to teach me to shoot straight, (emphasis on the 'trying'), so for now I will remain a fan of the basic old 12 gauge...as in the article above, gets the job done, & you just have to point it in the right direction, not really have to aim so very well....LOL! And to think I used to be a pacifist! jh
