Faulty positioning. Pelvis twisted so hip on left side of image appears larger and legs not parallel one to another,, making hip on left side of image look better than right. This may be purely an artifact of the positioning. A well positioned hip xray could perhaps give you an OFA good or better when 2 years old if things stay good.
